I was born and raised in eastern Washington surrounded by dust and sage brush, with everything the same shade of brown. I wanted nothing more than to paint the world with bold, fresh color.
I attended Spokane Falls Community College for thier Visual Communications course, then I attended The Art Institute of Seattle for a short time.
I believes that art of any kind is a reflection of a person’s soul, revealing inner beauty, anger, passion or ugliness. It is my desire to convey the peace I have finally found.
I uses oils, Acrylics, Gold and Silver Leaf, and Liquid Gold. layering color and texture with brushes, my fingers and whatever else I can get my hands on.
In painting I have found joy, wonder and a way to worship God!
I have shown my paintings at William Grant Gallery , Learn to Burn and Dr. Roybal's office in Spokane, Washington.
I am currently showing at 'Art Music and More' on Howard and Second in downtown Spokane.
I have sold pieces locally and nationally.
